    on arrival at the International airport and transfer to Pre-booked hotel.

Legend has it that the Pandavas, the august heroes of the epic Mahabharata, originally
    founded Delhi, then called Indraprastha, around 1200 B.C. Present day Delhi is built around the ruins of seven ancient cities.

    16 Oct: 02 Day: Delhi – Udaipur

    After breakfast, transfer to Domestic airport for flight to Udaipur, Flight depart at 1345 hours and arrive udaipur at 1455 hours, meeting upon arrival and transfer to
    Pre-booked hotel. Rest of the day free to relax at hotel. No activity Today.

    Udaipur, On the banks of the shimmering lake Pichola, is one of the most romantic cities of Rajasthan. Nestled among the lush hills of the Aravali, it has inevitably been dubbed the ‘Venice of the East’. It is a kaleidoscope of fairy-tale palaces, lakes, temples, gardens and narrow lanes strewn with stalls, carries the flavor of the heroic past, epitomizing valor and chivalry. Founded in 1568 A.D by Maharana Udai Singh, the city is a harmonious Indian blend of whitewashed buildings, marble palaces, lakeside gardens, temples and Havelis. According to the legend, Maharana Udai Singh, the founder was hunting one day, when he met a holy man meditating on a hill overlooking the Lake Pichola. Maharana followed the advice of the hermit and founded the city. The marvelous architecture of the palaces is spelled bounding.

    17 Oct: 03 Day: Udaipur

    After breakfast take a sightseeing tour of Udaipur, visiting City Palace built in 1559, a small palace over looking at the Lake Pichola, the additions were made to it by successive Kings of Udaipur gradually evolved become the larges place in Rajasthan, Main attraction of Place are Durbar Hall, Crystal Gallery, Palace Museum and Jagdish Temple. Later visit Saheli Ki Bari that is a small ornamental garden built in the honour of Royal Ladies for recreational purpose and visit Lok Kala Mandal collection of folk art items like folk dresses, ornaments, puppets ,masks, dolls folk musical instruments, folk deities and paintings. Opened seven days a week, puppet shows and folk dancing are conducted every evening from 1800 to 1900 in an adjacent open air theatre. & Shilpgram to see the village arts & crafts Followed by visit to Eklingji & Nagda Temples – built in white marble with a double storied porch on the bank of Lake Bageela – 22 kms from Udaipur Overnight at Udaipur.

    19 Oct: 05 Day: Udaipur – Rohet ( 250 Kms – 4 hours)

    After breakfast drive to Rohet grah, enroute visit Ranakpur, upon arrival check in at hotel. Afternoon Visit the fort, Enjoy the evening, Overnight at hotel.

    Rohet: Once the desert home of the Rathores, the Rohetgarh Fort is now a heritage hotel in Rohet. This 375 year fort is one of the lesser known forts in Rajasthan and lies on the banks of a small lake teeming with bird life. The royal family still live in a part of the fort and supervises the workings of the hotel. Restored in the traditional Rajput style, and decorated with historic trophies and artifacts, the Rohetgarh Fort is seeped in family history.

    20 Oct: 06 Day: Rohet to Jodhpur ( 50 Kms – 1 hours)

    After breakfast drive to Jodhpur takes one hour around around, upon arrival check in at hotel. Rest at hotel until lunch time, afternoon take a sight seeing tour of Jodhpur with Guiide visiting Mehrangarh Fort, Jaswant Thada (Mausoleums of the great Rajput Warrior) and Umaid Bhawan Palace Museum. After lunch drive to Rohet on arrival transfer to hotel. Evening free to relax.

    22 Oct: 08 Day: Jodhpur – Bikaner

    Bikaner, This is 500-year-old town standing still in time. The rulers here built beautiful forts that echo of opulence and images of monsoon clouds in this dry land. The wealth of its architectural heritage lies in its forts, palaces and temples– magnificent creations in red and yellow sandstone, are living. Here is a temple where rats are held sacred. Today the city is known for flourishing industries of food, wool and camel breeding .The genesis of Bikaner dates back to 1488A.D,
    when a Rathors prince, Rao Bikaji, son of Rao Jodhaji of Jodhpur, chose a barren wilderness called ’Jangladesh’ and transformed it to a charming city called ’Bikaner’, after the founder’s name. Not only do the traditions come alive here in colourful bazaars and Havelis, Bikaner is also famous for the best riding camels in the world.

    23 Oct: 10 Day: Mandawa – Jaipur

    Jaipur, Widely known as the ‘Pink City. This city is color washed pink to welcome Prince Albert, the  consort of Queen Victoria of England who visited India in 1883 A.D. The city was founded in 1727 A.D by one of the greatest ruler Jai Singh II. Jaipur is surrounded by hills on three sides, crowned by formidable forts and majestic palaces, mansions and gardens. Jaipur is the only city in the world, which is sub-divided in to nine rectangular sectors symbolizing nine divisions of universe. Jaipur is the first planned city designed in accordance with ‘Shilpa Shastra’- epochal treatise of Hindu architecture. Arrive Jaipur: Meeting upon arrival and transfer to Hotel. Evening visit to Chokhi Dhani – an ethnic 5 star resort serving Rajasthani & Continental cuisine with live music, astrology, games, folk dances and music, puppet shows in an ambiance of an ethnic village. Return to the hotel for overnight.

    24 Oct: 11 Day: Jaipur

    Today after breakfast explore the Pink City with an excursion to Amber Fort, situated just outside the city, enjoy the experience of ride on elephant back to and from the top of the hill on which the fort is situated. Afternoon sightseeing tour of City Palace in the heart of Jaipur is known for its blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture. Not far away is the Central Museum. Jantar Mantar is the largest of the five observatories built by Sawai Jai Singh. The Hawa Mahal or the Palace of Winds was constructed for the royal ladies to watch the royal processions without being seen, all monuments are located in the vicinity of City Palace Complex of Jaipur. Later late afternoon is kept free to visit the famous Markets of Textiles, Gems, Carpets, and handicrafts. Jaipur is an ideal place for buying souvenirs. In the evening take a cycle rickshaw ride to explore the colourful market of Jaipur city, optionally you can see the movie at Raj Mandir Cinema Hall, which is most beautiful cinema hall in Asia. Overnight at the hotel.

    27 Oct: 14 Day: Jaipur – Agra (250 Kms – 4 hours)

    After breakfast drive to Agra en route visiting Old deserted town of Mughal Dynasty – Fatehpur Sikri built in red sandstone in honor of Saint Salim Chisti who foretold the birth of 3 sons to Emperor Akbar, is an example of robust stability combined with originality. Each important edifice here represents a type by itself. Notable among them is the Diwan-e-Khas entirely unique in its concept is a tall vaulted room with an intricately carved central pillar and capital supporting a platform that once held the emperor’s throne. The airy Panch Mahal a 5 storied structure rising in pyramidal fashion was probably used by the ladies of the court. Set like a jewel in a courtyard of pink sandstone is the finest building here, the marble Tomb of Salim Chisti enclosed by finely carved, lacy marble screens. The Buland Darwaza, an imposing gateway 54 m high was built to commemorate Akbar’s Aligarh the famous university town is a center of Islamic studies. Akbar built in 1492, The Tomb is combination of Muslims and Hindu Architectural styles. After sihghseeing continue to proceed to Agra, on arrival transfer to hotel. In the evening you may visit to the souvenirs market of Agra. Overnight in Agra.

    Agra is famous as being home to one of the Seven Wonders of the World-the Taj Mahal. A pleasant town with comparatively slow pace, Agra is known for its superb inlay work on marble and soapstone by craftsmen who are descendant of those who worked under the Mughals. The city is also famous for its carpets, gold thread embroidery and leather shoes. Agra, and the nearby city of Fatehpur Sikri, is conveniently close to Delhi. Besides the Taj Mahal are Agra Fort, Sikandra, Ram Bagh and Itmad-Ud-Daulah-35 kms away are the imperial ruins of the Mughal city, Fatehpur Sikri. Agra is an old city and it is said that its name was derived from Agrabanad, a forest that finds mention in the epic Mahabharata. Note: Taj Mahal is closed on every Friday.

    28 Oct: 15 Day: Agra – Overnight train for varanasi

    Early morning visit to witness the incomparable Taj Mahal with its’ speculative view at the time of Sunrise. Taj Mahal, the architectural modern day wonder of the world; this monument is a fine example of the fusion of many architectural styles is one of the wonders of the modern world. Taj, endowed it with some of the loveliest buildings in the world. The tour continues with a visit to the Agra Fort, designed and built by Akbar in 1565 A.D., built with barricaded wall of red sand stone; it houses the beautiful Pearl Mosque and numerous palaces including the Jahangir Mahal, Diwan-i-Khas, Diwan-i-Am, Macchhi Bhawan, Nagina Masjid, Meena Bazar, Moti Masjid, Sheesh Mahal,   Musamman Burj where from Taj Mahal is visible in all its beauty from one side of the fort. So very ironically, Emperor Sahahjahan, prisoner of his son Aurangzeb in his old age was put in a cell from where he could gaze at the Taj Mahal at a distance, from his cell in the fort. Afternoon free, evening transfer to train station for Night train to Varanasi. Night on board the train.

    29 Oct: 16 Day: Arrive Varanasi:

    Morning arrive varanasi station meeting upon arrival and transfer to Hotel Later take an excursion to Sarnath, located at 10 Kms from Varanasi where Lord Buddha gave his first sermon to the five holy men; visit Dharmarajika Stupa The 110 ft tall Dhamekh Stupa marks the place where Buddha preached first sermon., also visit to Archaeological museum, the collection of ancient Buddhist relics and antiques comprising numerous Buddha and Bodhisatva images, also see the Ashok Pillar with 4 lions, built in 3rd Centaury BC., symbolize both Ashoks’s imperial rule and the kingship of the Buddha. The four-lion capital was adopted as the emblem of the modern Indian republic. In the evening you can take a walk through the narrow lane to explore and colourful market of the ancient city. Rest of the evening free for leisure and individual activities. Overnight at the hotel.

    Varanasi, Sandwiched between the rivers Varuna and Ashi as they join the Ganges, Varanasi takes its name from its location. It is also called Kashi, the city of light, but the British, in an endeavor to simplify matters, had coined their own name for the place—Benaras. Varanasi is the city of a thousand temples.
    The main object of all devotees is the Kasi Vishwanath Temple. According to Hindu belief, Benaras or Varanasi as it is known is the cosmic center of the Universe. The renowned American novelist Mark Twain once wrote, “Benaras is older than history, older than tradition, older even than legend and looks twice as old as all of them put together.

    30 Oct: 17 Day: Varanasi

    Early morning boat ride on the Ganges at dawn when it is full of pilgrims is an amazing place to witness the living traditions of one of the world’s oldest and most important religions. While on the boat you will also see the cremation ceremonies of dead bodies as per Hindi Rituals. After lunch visit to Banaras Hindu University – probably the largest residential university in Asia, in the university visit Bharat Kala Museum. Later proceed on a tour of the temples of Varanasi visiting the Golden Temple dedicated to lord Shiva, the Durga temple dedicated to goddess Durga. Interestingly the Durga Temple is also known as the Monkey Temple due to the large number of monkeys found in the Temple premises. Overnight at hotel.

    31 Oct: 18 Day: Varanasi / DELHI BY FLIGHT AND DRIVE TO HARIDWAR

    Morning after breakfast transfer to airport for flight to Delhi. arrive Delhi, Upon arrival meeting at the airport and drive to haridwar, upon arrival check in at hotel. Ovenight at hotel.

    Flight departure at 1550 hours arrival at 17.15 hours Hardwar, or Haridwar, is one of the holiest places for Hindus in India. It is significant that pilgrims often
    go from Haridwar to the two great Himalayan shrines of Kedarnath and Badrinath, as Har means Shiva (the deity of Kedarnath), Hari means Vishnu (the deity of Badrinath), and Dwar means gate. Hardwar is thus the gateway to the two holy shrines of Shiva and Vishnu. The town has also been called Gangadvar, meaning ‘Door of the Ganga’ as it is here that the sacred river Ganges leaves the mountains to flow out upon the Indian plains.

    01 Nov: 19 Day: Haridwar – Rishekesh – Haridwar

    Morning drive to rishekesh here visit temples and other Ashrams: Laxman Jhoola, Swarg Ashram Gita Bhawan Parmath Niketan, Jhoola Triveni Ghat, Shivanand Ashram Kailash Ashram academy of Meditation. Evening visit to Hari Ki Paudi at Haridwar to attend the Aarti, performed simultaneously at all temples in Haridwar. Thousands of lit lamps being swayed in circular motions in a rhythmic manner and crowd of devotees singing Aarti are quite a spectacle just like the floating lamps
    and flowers that create a majestic sight in the river just after ‘Aarti’. Later return to the hotel for overnight.

    This is the place where the main bathing takes place. The place is called Brahma Kund, the myths says this is the place where the nectar can dissolved in the holy water of river Ganges. If wish, have a dip here later after viewing Aarti visit the market near the place. Later back to your Hotel for night stay.
    Rishikesh, also known as the ‘place of sages’ is Haridwar, at the confluence of the Chandrabhaga and Ganga. It is believed that God by the name of ‘Hrishikesh’ had appeared as an answer to the hard penances by Rabhiya Rishi and henceforth the place derived its name. It is most ideal destinations for meditation, yoga and other aspects of Hinduism. For the adventure seekers, rishikesh is the suggested place for starting their trekking expeditions to the Himalayan peaks and for rafting. Also, International Yoga Week which attracts participation form across the world, is held here, every year, in February on the banks of the Ganga. The Yoga Centres of Rishikesh have enhanced the significance of the place.

    04 Nov: 22 Day: Delhi

    Morning after breakfast visit national museum and last minuite shopping , late afternoon visit Swami Narayan Akshardham temple, this is the largest temple in the world and takes around 4 hours to look around and to visit its most Impressive museum. At sunset witness Musical fountain show return to hotel for overnight stay.

    05 Nov: 23 Day: Delhi – Home Town (By Air)

    check out the hotel and transfer to the international airport to board the scheduled flight to return the hometown. On departure, the tour concludes with the happy memories.

    Your train starts from Tundla station which is around 40 mnts drive from Agra train departs at 20.22 hours. Your 2 seats are confirmed and 2 are on
    waiting list, however they will also get confirm , traveling class is in 2nd air conditioned sleeper class.
    I have one extra set of ticket, bookings is from Delhi to Varnanasi and it is in first class aircon cabin Train departs at 1845 hours ) from agra to Delhi it will
    take around 4 hours
    B) Between Varanasi to delhiyou have flight on 31st and then drive to haridwar Your flight if leave on time will reach Delhi at around 1700 hours ( that
    is the earlier flight reaching delhi ) and and we reach haridwar around 2230 hours. But with recent rains the part of the road in between Delhi
    to haridwar is eroded although it will be put right soon but still to be on safer side I have also booked train tickets, VARANASI / DELHI FOR 30TH
    EVENING >> NIGHT TRAIN IN FIST AICR CONDITOEND SLEEPER CLASS.
    That train reached at 0740 hours. And then we can easily and comfortably drive to haridwar
